DJ Ludz, born Ludwe Litha Ntando Runeyi in a small town in the Eastern Cape known as Mthatha, her love for house music dates back to the early 90’s through listening to a community based radio station in her hometown. After completing her high school in 2004, she went and studied at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology in Cape Town. This is where she got the opportunity of interacting with a few DJ’s at the campus and started picturing herself as a DJ as well. The DJ’s she interacted with never took her seriously when she expressed her desire to become a DJ and the only way she could come close to her dream was to start collecting the music for herself.

Strictly Scene:
Strictly Rhythm sent me Ben Westbeech’s Falling, I must say I was over the moon to hear that Ben is back on the music scene!
From the EP that I got, I am truly loving the original extended mix; a track that I’ve been playing in clubs with great feedback from party goers. This song is a great comeback from Ben, as he has a lot of followers in South Africa.
