New York’s Brian Coxx presents the case for the revival of New York house.  Exhibit 1 is the increasingly popular Soulgasm night and exhibit 2 is this; three tracks of forward-looking, funksome grooves.   My Dream combines Dennis Ferrer style deep-soul-tech strokes with a langorous spoken word vocal, while Killing Me develops the same vibes with the help of singer Sandy Spady, who also lends some of her delicious deepness to the majestically Osunlade-like Forgive Me.   Verdict:  case proved beyond reasonable doubt.
